Contact us immediately if you need to cancel your order. Orders can be cancelled any time before shipment. Orders can ship out very quickly, so it may not be possible to cancel your order, depending on how soon you are able to get in touch.
Our shoe sizes run fairly standard, so we would recommend ordering your shoes in the size that you currently wear. If your shoes are slightly loose or slightly tight, we may recommend going up or down a half-size, if possible.
Yes, some of our items come in children’s sizes. All sizes for a particular style are listed under the product options for that shoe. If you do not see a children’s size listed, it means we do not carry that product in a children’s size.
The Shoe Square is a footwear retailer focused on men’s shoe styles only. We do not have any women’s styles. However, if you are a woman interested in men’s shoe’s we will happily accommodate your order, though we ask that you try on a pair of men’s dress shoes locally to find the correct size for you.
You may return your new, unworn items for a full refund (minus any shipping costs we have incurred) within 30 days from the date of your purchase. All original packaging must be intact.
Before sending anything back, you must request a return-authorization. Without an approved return-authorization, your return will be rejected.
How To Request a Return Authorization
You can request a return authorization by going to your account and viewing your orders. Once there, you will see a button labeled ‘Request Return Authorization’. Click it, follow the instructions and complete the form to submit your authorization request.
After your request has been submitted, you can expect to receive your return authorization within 48 hours.
Once your return has been authorized, you can send your items back.

Please be sure to write your return authorization number on the outside of the box so it is clearly visible to our staff.
We highly recommend returning your items with a service that provides you with a tracking number so you can keep track of your return.
Once your items have been received, your original payment method will be credited for the full order amount, minus any shipping charges. We do not credit or refund shipping fees – you are responsible for all shipping charges.
Note on Refunds / Shipping Costs: Please note that our flat shipping rates at checkout do not reflect our actual shipping costs, but are merely your contribution to our total costs of shipping. As a courtesy, we offer customers a reduced flat-rate or free shipping – but we cannot sustain the full shipping costs on refunded orders, and must withold the actual amount we paid to ship your order
Please allow up to 4-5 business days from the date you sent your items back for your items to arrive at our warehouse. After your items have been received, we will inspect your items and process your refund typically within 3 business days. Your bank or credit institution may take additional time to process the funds back into your account.
We do not charge a restocking fee for unworn/unopened items. Items that have been worn, have had their packaging defaced, or are not in an otherwise new condition will be subject to a restocking fee or refusal. .
Yes you can, just follow our standard return process by requesting a return authorization for your items from the orders screen of your account dashboard.
All exchanges are processed as new orders. You may simply place a new order for your replacement items at your earliest convenience. Because your replacements are handled as a new order, we will not have to wait for your return to arrive before shipping out your items.
Your return will be processed under our standard return policy, and your refund will be issued accordingly (typically within 72 hours of your items arriving back at our warehouse).
It is the customer’s responsibility to pay for all shipping fees associated with returning their package to our warehouse.
Feel free to use whichever shipping method or carrier is most convenient for you, though we do recommend you utilize your carrier’s tracking and delivery confirmation features to have total confidence on the whereabouts of your return package.
