When you shop at any store and checkout, you are implicitly agreeing to accept that store’s policies, such as their return policy.

At The Shoe Square, it is no different. When you place an order on our website, you must accept and agree to our store policies and terms.

ORDERING & PAYMENT AUTHORIZATION

When placing an order on our website, you are agreeing to allow The Shoe Square to charge your payment method for the total amount shown on your order, which is visible on the checkout page.

Once this payment is confirmed, we will begin processing your order.

SHIPPING / DELIVERY

Orders generally ship out on the next business day following your date-of-purchase. You can expect to receive your items between 1-5 business days after the date your items ship out.

RETURN POLICY

Before sending anything back to our company, you must seek a return authorization. You can do this from the Orders section of your account, or by contacting us.

You may return your new, unworn items for a full refund (minus any shipping costs we have incurred) within 30 days from the date of your purchase. All original packaging must be intact.

Please note that our flat shipping rates at checkout do not reflect our actual shipping costs, but are merely your contribution to our total costs of shipping. As a courtesy, we offer customers a reduced flat-rate or free shipping – but we cannot sustain the shipping costs on refunded orders, and must withold the amount we paid for shipping your order.

EXCHANGES

All exchanges are handled as new orders. If you ordered the wrong size, or if you do not like your style, or wish to switch to another product for any other reason, you will need to place a new order and/or request a refund on your original order.

Since your exchange order is simply placed as a new order, we will not wait to receive your return items to process your replacement order. Your items will ship out as soon as possible, according to our standard shipping/delivery policy and time frames.
